Company: Cakemandu Bakery Udhyog
Cakemandu Bakery Udhyog is seeking a reliable and motivated Delivery Boy to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good knowledge of the routes in Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur, as well as familiarity with using Google Maps for efficient navigation. If you enjoy driving and providing excellent customer service, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities:
Delivery of Products: Safely and promptly deliver bakery items to customers, ensuring quality and presentation are maintained.
Route Knowledge: Possess thorough knowledge of the routes in Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur to ensure timely deliveries.
Google Maps Proficiency: Utilize Google Maps for route planning and tracking deliveries efficiently.
Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner during delivery.
Order Verification: Ensure that the correct items are packed and delivered, verifying orders before leaving the bakery.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any customer feedback or issues encountered during the delivery process.
Hygiene and Safety: Follow hygiene and safety standards while handling and delivering products.
Assisting with Inventory: Occasionally assist with restocking and organizing inventory at the bakery as needed.
Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure that the delivery vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and ready for use at all times.
Timeliness: Ensure all deliveries are made on time and coordinate with the kitchen staff to meet customer demands.
Job Specification
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Good knowledge of routes and traffic patterns in Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur.
Familiarity with Google Maps and navigation systems.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Previous experience in a delivery role is a plus.
