Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery of Products: Safely and promptly deliver bakery items to customers, ensuring quality and presentation are maintained.
- Route Knowledge: Possess thorough knowledge of the routes in Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, and Lalitpur to ensure timely deliveries.
- Google Maps Proficiency: Utilize Google Maps for route planning and tracking deliveries efficiently.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner during delivery.
- Order Verification: Ensure that the correct items are packed and delivered, verifying orders before leaving the bakery.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including any customer feedback or issues encountered during the delivery process.
- Hygiene and Safety: Follow hygiene and safety standards while handling and delivering products.
- Assisting with Inventory: Occasionally assist with restocking and organizing inventory at the bakery as needed.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure that the delivery vehicle is well-maintained, clean, and ready for use at all times.
- Timeliness: Ensure all deliveries are made on time and coordinate with the kitchen staff to meet customer demands.
