Job Description
We are seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Education Counselor to join our consultancy team. The counselor will be responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date advice to students seeking to study abroad, particularly in Australia and Malta. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with sound knowledge of visa processes and university application systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in, phone, and online student enquiries
- Provide accurate counseling regarding universities, courses, and countries
- Assist in application processing and document preparation
- Guide students through the visa process, ensuring compliance with embassy requirements
- Maintain updated student records and follow-ups
Job Specification

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and counseling skills
- Ability to handle multiple student enquiries efficiently
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
- Problem-solving and time management abilities
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in the education consultancy field, specifically with student visas and international education.
- In-depth knowledge of visa requirements and procedures for popular study destinations (e.g., Malta and Australia, etc.).
- Familiarity with various university and college application processes and admissions requirements.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple students and applications simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with relevant certifications in education counseling or immigration law preferred.
