Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our furniture retail team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for helping customers, and the ability to guide customers in selecting furniture that suits their needs, preferences, and lifestyle. The role involves assisting customers in the showroom, providing product knowledge, and achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in the showroom.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture products.
Provide detailed product information including materials, features, and pricing.
Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective sales techniques.
Process customer orders and assist with payments and delivery arrangements.
Maintain showroom presentation, product displays, and overall cleanliness.
Follow up with customers regarding order status and after-sales service.
Assist in inventory management and stock organization.
Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Job Specification

Previous retail or sales experience preferred (experience in furniture or home décor is an advantage).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused attitude with the ability to build lasting relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Basic computer knowledge for order processing and POS systems.
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays if required.
