Job Description

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, brand visibility, and revenue generation.
  • Lead and execute digital branding, marketing campaigns, and promotional initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Identify, acquire, and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, corporate clients, partners, and key stakeholders to expand market reach and advertising revenue.
  • Oversee marketing activities across digital platforms, including the company website, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage advertising campaigns, sponsored content, banner advertisements, video promotions, and public relations activities.
  • Drive sales performance by identifying new business opportunities, developing client acquisition strategies, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to recommend innovative sales and marketing approaches.
  • Enhance digital monetization through advertising sales, strategic partnerships, affiliate marketing programs, and paid promotional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives and client requirements.
  • Prepare and present regular sales and marketing reports, performance analyses, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to management.
  • Gather customer and client feedback to improve services, strengthen brand positioning, and support business development efforts.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve departmental objectives and organizational goals.

Job Specification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or Management (preferred)
  • Minimum: +2 (Higher Secondary) completed
  • 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a media house
  • Strong knowledge of the advertising market and client handling expertise
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills
  • Experience working on digital media platforms

Other Requirements:

  • Age: Must be between 18 and 35 years old
  • Must possess a valid scooter or bike driving license or own a personal vehicle
