Job Description
To support the company's expansion by identifying potential sites, conducting market surveys and maintaining accurate property data, while providing structured reports and recommendations for commercially viable branch locations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct site hunting in targeted areas for potential new branch locations.
Perform market surveys and identify commercially viable locations of targeted areas.
Collect and maintain data related to available land /properties, including location, area, ownership details and pricing.
Prepare and submit site visit reports with photos and recommendations.
Negotiate lease terms and pricing with property owners to secure cost-effective deals.
Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to verify property documentation, land titles, and local zoning laws.
Maintain a strong network of real estate brokers, developers, and local authorities to streamline site acquisition.

Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness and confidence to work in field-based environment (site visits and outdoor work).
Basic observation skills to assess location suitability.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, email) for data entry and reporting.
Ability to collect, organize and maintain accurate property data.
Strong willingness to learn real estate/site acquisition process.
Good attitude, honesty and ability to follow instructions.
Must be willing to travel frequently for site hunting activities within and outside the Kathmandu Valley.
Must be willing to relocate outside the Kathmandu Valley as per company requirements.
Education and Qualifications: Minimum +2 completed or equivalent
Experiences: Freshers are also encouraged to apply
