Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data to generate actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. This role requires strong expertise in data visualization, reporting, and performance analysis, with a particular focus on developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data from various business sources to support operational and strategic initiatives.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.
• Monitor and analyze key business performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance updates.
• Prepare comprehensive management reports, presentations, and data-driven recommendations.
• Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement through data analysis.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems and databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver meaningful insights.
• Support business planning, forecasting, and decision-making through analytical findings.
• Automate reporting processes and improve data management efficiency where possible.
• Maintain documentation of reports, data sources, and analytical methodologies.

• Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
• Mandatory proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard development and data visualization.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas, and data analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources.
• Knowledge of SQL and database management will be an added advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
