Job Description
The Finance and Operation Officer will oversee the financial processes, reporting, and operational functions of Entity. The role involves ensuring accurate financial management, regulatory compliance, smooth fund operations, and effective internal controls. The officer will work closely with the CFO to maintain financial discipline and operational efficiency within the company and its managed funds.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain proper books of accounts in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
- Coordinate audits and ensure timely tax filings and compliance with applicable laws.
- Maintain investor records and prepare financial and operational reports for investors.
- Ensure proper internal controls and documentation.
- Support overall administrative and operational functions
- Other tasks as assigned by the Chief Financial Officer.
- Preparing documents as required by financial institutions for raising credit funds.
