Job Description
Avinya Store is a leading destination for premium chairs, tech products, and innovative solutions. We are looking for a dynamic Associate Sales Manager who is passionate about sales, customer service, and business growth.
Job Summary
The Associate Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, overseeing social media inquiries, and supporting marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, hands-on sales experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Management
- Identify and engage potential clients through calls, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and manage leads, arranging meetings with decision-makers.
- Deliver effective sales pitches, product demos, and proposals.
- Negotiate prices and contracts to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records, appointments, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Prepare cost-benefit analyses for prospective and existing clients.
- Manage B2B sales activities and maintain strong relationships with business clients.
Customer Service & Support
- Provide outstanding customer service and post-sales support.
- Understand customer needs and ensure quick resolution of concerns.
- Handle product inquiries, escalate complex issues, and follow up promptly.
- Coordinate product deliveries with the delivery team.
- Respond to messages and sales inquiries beyond office hours and weekends (as required).
Social Media & Marketing Support
- Create visually appealing posts and promotional materials using Canva.
- Produce creative, sales-oriented videos for social media.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other platform inquiries and comments.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to reach the target audience effectively.
- Suggest product improvements to the development team based on customer feedback.
Operational Support
- Maintain stock and inventory records.
- Handle orders from multiple platforms such as Instagram, Meta, and Daraz.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and innovative concepts.
Job Specification
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (Preferred).
- High school graduates with strong experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience.
- Experience in furniture sales is an added advantage.
- B2B sales experience is preferred.
Skills
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
- Fluent in English and Nepali; additional languages are a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sales strategy knowledge and understanding of industry regulations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of innovative sales concepts.
