Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors professionally.
Handle phone calls, inquiries, and messages promptly and effectively.
Provide basic information about study-abroad services, courses, and documentation.
Maintain visitor records, register entries, and appointment schedules.
Assist in organizing files, documents, and office paperwork.
Coordinate with counselors and relevant departments for smooth workflow.
Ensure front desk cleanliness and maintain a well-organized reception area.
Handle daily office tasks such as emails, printing, and follow-ups.
Support administrative tasks as assigned.

+2 completed or bachelor’s degree Running
