Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, consultants, and visitors. The ideal candidate will manage front-desk operations efficiently while supporting the administrative needs of our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors professionally
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and emails
- Maintain visitor logs and follow office safety protocols
- Coordinate meetings and appointments for management and project teams
- Receive, record, and distribute mail, courier deliveries, and site documents
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and document control
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Support HR and accounts teams with basic clerical tasks when required
- Keep reception and common areas clean, organized, and presentable
Job Specification
- +2 or Bachelors (additional administrative training is a plus)
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an office environment preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional appearance and customer-service mindset
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy studio environment
