Job Description
Appharu is a dynamic and growing company committed to strong financial integrity and excellent client service. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team and support our continued success.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle VAT entries, tax-related records, and ensure compliance with relevant tax laws.
- Manage salary processing and payroll documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgets and forecasts.
- Perform variance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain proper documentation and systematic record management.
- Assist with audits and accounting system improvements.
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of the tax system, VAT entry, and salary processing.
- Good command of accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and document management skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork ability.
