Job Description

Position Summary

The Human Resource Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, attendance management, documentation, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic HR knowledge, and the ability to handle multiple HR-related tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Selection

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and follow-up communication
  • Post job vacancies on different job portals and social media platforms
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records

Employee Onboarding & Documentation

  • Prepare appointment letters, contracts, and other HR documents
  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Maintain proper employee files and records

Attendance & Leave Management

  • Monitor employee attendance and leave records
  • Coordinate with departments regarding attendance issues
  • Prepare attendance summaries and reports

Employee Engagement

  • Support employee engagement activities and events
  • Assist in handling employee queries and grievances
  • Promote positive workplace culture and communication

HR Operations

  • Maintain HR databases and update employee information regularly
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Prepare HR reports and support administrative tasks
Job Specification

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field

Experience Requirement

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources or related field

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
