Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and knowledgeable Staff Nurse to join our Residential Care Home team. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care and support to elderly residents, Rehabilitation service, Stroke patients, ensuring their physical comfort, emotional well-being, and safety. The ideal candidate must demonstrate empathy, strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications & Skills
Registered Nurse (RN) certification with valid nursing license
Prior experience in hospital setting is an assets
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Specification
Deliver professional nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans and clinical standards.
Administer prescribed medications and treatments, while observing and monitoring residents’ conditions and vital signs.
Assist physicians and healthcare professionals during consultations, assessments, and medical procedures.
Accurately maintain patient records, documentation, and reports in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
Educate residents and their family members regarding health conditions, ongoing care requirements, and health promotion practices.
Promote a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment that enhances residents’ comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
Collaborate with caregivers, support staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
