Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and knowledgeable Staff Nurse to join our Residential Care Home team. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care and support to elderly residents, Rehabilitation service, Stroke patients, ensuring their physical comfort, emotional well-being, and safety. The ideal candidate must demonstrate empathy, strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Registered Nurse (RN) certification with valid nursing license

  • Prior experience in hospital setting is an assets

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Compassionate, patient, and professional attitude.

 

Job Specification
  • Deliver professional nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans and clinical standards.

  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments, while observing and monitoring residents’ conditions and vital signs.

  • Assist physicians and healthcare professionals during consultations, assessments, and medical procedures.

  • Accurately maintain patient records, documentation, and reports in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

  • Educate residents and their family members regarding health conditions, ongoing care requirements, and health promotion practices.

  • Promote a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment that enhances residents’ comfort, dignity, and quality of life.

  • Collaborate with caregivers, support staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
