Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible individual for the position of Field Marketing Assistant (Postering). The role involves carrying out daily postering activities across assigned locations while strictly following company guidelines.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Maintain a minimum daily target of 200 posters.
- Upload posters to assigned groups as instructed by the company.
- Complete postering activities in 100 outlets daily as per assigned routes.
- Share live photos of postering activities throughout the working day.
- Submit all photos with a proper watermark.
- Strictly follow the assigned route provided by the company.
Job Specification
Education: Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)
Experience: Not Required
Mandatory Guidelines (During Duty Hours) :
- Live Location: Must be shared continuously from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Daily Target:
- MT – 200 posters
- XT – 200 posters
Target Deduction Policy :
- If the daily target is not achieved, NRs. 879/- will be deducted for that day.
- Route Compliance: Deviation from assigned routes is strictly not permitted.
Requirements :
- Ability to meet daily targets consistently
- Responsible, disciplined, and punctual
- Willingness to strictly follow company instructions
- Must be a smartphone user and active on WhatsApp
