As a Trainee Cluster Merchandiser Assistant Manager, you’II gain hands -on experience in merchandising operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes, while developing the skills required to lead a team in the future, Upon Successful completion of than 1 year training period, trainees will be confirmed as Cluster Merchandiser Assistant Manager
Position: Trainee Cluster Merchandiser Assistant Manager
Department: Supply Chain Management
Location: Head Office-Daily cluster/Field visits (location flexibility required within Kathmandu Valley during the 1- year training period)
No. of Vacancy: 2
Standard Time: 7Am -3 PM (time flexibility required during training period)
Key Result Ares:
Receive and verify stocks sent form different Distribution Centers (DCs) to ensure accuracy and quality
Maintain accuracy and quality
Maintain accurate documentation for packages/packets and ensure proper filing
Generate regular reports on stock levels, merchandising effectiveness, and other key metrics
Implement and maintain visually appealing product displays in accordance with company merchandising guidelines
Ensure products are displayed in an organized and customer-friendly manner to enhance sales
Rotate stock regularly to ensure freshness and minimize ageing
Adhere to FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) principles to maintain product quality
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor at all times
‘Ensure all products are properly labeled and priced
Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for improving stock management and merchandising process
Provide suggestions to improve the effectiveness of merchandising strategies based on observations
And data analysis
Job Specification:
Education & Qualifications: Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field
Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, freshers keen on merchandising or SCM career are welcome to apply
Skills & Competencies:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Should be able to do physical work as required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office *Excel, Word) for documentation and reporting
Strong verbal and written communication for interacting with the staff and handling requests
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems
Flexible time, must be mobile and should be able to freely travel and be placed anywhere in Nepal
Basic understanding of inventory management and merchandising principles
Additional Requirement:
Must have 2 valid 2-wheeler license and own a personal vehicle
