Job Description
Position: Front Desk Officer
Location: New Baneshwor, Kathmandu
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Handle incoming calls, messages, and emails efficiently
Maintain visitor and inquiry records accurately
Provide information about our services, courses, and ongoing programs
Coordinate with counselors and other departments for smooth office operations
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing office calendar
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Support administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum +2 or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Prior experience in customer service or front desk role (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of English and Nepali
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, Google Workspace)
Friendly, professional, and well-presented personality
