Position Overview:
The Senior Public Relation Officer will oversee the sourcing and recruitment of candidates, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client requirements. This role demands a results-driven professional with experience in sourcing, particularly for Middle Eastern markets, and the ability to manage recruitment projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing:
- Identify and attract qualified candidates for overseas opportunities, focusing on Middle Eastern countries.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates.
Project Management:
- Plan, organize, and execute sourcing activities to meet recruitment deadlines.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates on all sourcing projects.
- Handle grievances and resolve issues efficiently.
Local Coordination:
- Organize and manage local interviews as needed.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, candidates, and internal teams.
Performance Monitoring:
- Track project milestones and ensure timely completion of sourcing assignments.
- Continuously improve the efficiency of the sourcing process.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Adhere to all applicable labor and immigration laws.
- Prepare and submit reports on sourcing activities and outcomes.
Job Specification
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sourcing, preferably with a focus on Middle Eastern markets.
- Proven ability to achieve results and meet project deadlines.
