The Digital Marketing Officer is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives to promote the company's travel and tourism products, increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive online bookings. The role involves managing the company's digital presence, creating engaging travel-related content, executing online advertising campaigns, and analyzing marketing performance to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, lead generation, and return on investment (ROI).
- Support promotional campaigns for tour packages, holiday offers, visa services, airline ticketing, and seasonal travel promotions.
Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
- Develop and implement monthly social media content calendars.
- Create engaging travel-related posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to customer inquiries in coordination with the Sales and Customer Service teams.
Content Creation
- Develop compelling marketing content, including:
- Travel package promotions
- Destination highlights
- Blogs and articles
- Customer testimonials
- Videos and short-form content
- Email newsletters
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, designers, and travel consultants to produce high-quality promotional materials.

Website & SEO Management
- Update website content, travel packages, promotions, and blogs regularly.
- Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversion performance.
- Coordinate with web developers to improve website functionality and user experience.
Email & CRM Marketing
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns promoting travel offers, seasonal discounts, and company updates.
- Maintain customer databases and mailing lists.
- Monitor email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
Lead Generation & Online Sales Support
- Generate qualified leads through digital marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Sales team to ensure timely follow-up of online inquiries.
- Optimize landing pages and lead-generation forms to improve conversion rates.
- Support online booking promotions and customer acquisition initiatives.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Search Console.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on website traffic, lead generation, social media performance, advertising ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
- Recommend improvements based on performance data and market insights.
Market Research
- Monitor travel industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Identify new digital marketing opportunities to promote destinations and travel services.
- Stay updated on emerging digital marketing tools, technologies, and best practices.
Brand Management
- Ensure consistency of branding across all digital platforms.
- Maintain the company's online reputation by monitoring reviews and customer feedback.
