Job Description

Aarya Hotel and Spa is looking for an experienced and service-oriented Health Club/Spa Manager to lead the daily operations of its spa and wellness facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality guest experiences, managing spa staff, ensuring smooth facility operations, and driving revenue growth for the health club and spa department.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the health club and spa, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning
  • Manage, train, and supervise spa therapists, receptionists, and support staff
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness throughout the facility
  • Develop and implement spa treatment menus, packages, and seasonal promotions
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory of spa products and equipment; coordinate procurement as needed
  • Prepare and manage the spa department's budget, monitor revenue and expenses
  • Coordinate with the hotel's front office, housekeeping, and F&B departments for integrated guest service
  • Plan staff schedules/duty rosters to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
  • Conduct regular staff training on service standards, treatments, and product knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Prepare monthly performance and revenue reports for management
  • Drive membership sales and promote spa/health club packages to hotel guests and outside clients
Job Specification
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in spa/health club management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and industry best practices
  • Sound understanding of budgeting, inventory, and basic financial management
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in MS Office and spa management/booking software
