Job Description
Aarya Hotel and Spa is looking for an experienced and service-oriented Health Club/Spa Manager to lead the daily operations of its spa and wellness facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality guest experiences, managing spa staff, ensuring smooth facility operations, and driving revenue growth for the health club and spa department.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations of the health club and spa, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning
Manage, train, and supervise spa therapists, receptionists, and support staff
Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and cleanliness throughout the facility
Develop and implement spa treatment menus, packages, and seasonal promotions
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor inventory of spa products and equipment; coordinate procurement as needed
Prepare and manage the spa department's budget, monitor revenue and expenses
Coordinate with the hotel's front office, housekeeping, and F&B departments for integrated guest service
Plan staff schedules/duty rosters to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
Conduct regular staff training on service standards, treatments, and product knowledge
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
Prepare monthly performance and revenue reports for management
Drive membership sales and promote spa/health club packages to hotel guests and outside clients
Job Specification
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in spa/health club management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness trends, and industry best practices
Sound understanding of budgeting, inventory, and basic financial management
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Proficiency in MS Office and spa management/booking software
