Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in construction projects (preferred).
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and engineering principles.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and other relevant engineering software.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
Knowledge of quantity estimation, project planning, and site management.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
