Job Description

Aarma Engineering and Construction Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly competent and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction and engineering projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor construction projects to ensure timely and successful completion.
  • Lead and coordinate site operations, project teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare project schedules, work plans, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage project documentation, reports, contracts, and technical records.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments.
  • Coordinate with clients, government authorities, consultants, and vendors as required.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare periodic progress reports and present project updates to management.
Job Specification
  • Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proven experience in project management within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sector.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
  • Familiarity with construction regulations, quality standards, and safety practices.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a site-based environment and manage multiple project activities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in large-scale construction, infrastructure, or industrial projects.
  • Knowledge of contract administration and procurement processes.
