Job Description
- Drive secondary sales and achieve monthly sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Supervise and support BDRs and CSRs to ensure effective sales execution.
- Organize painter meets, contractor programs, and influencer engagement activities.
- Conduct product training and demonstrations for painters, contractors, and dealers.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Develop and implement incentive schemes for influencers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with painters, contractors, and customers.
- Conduct regular field visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Generate sales through influencer networks and cold calling.
- Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
Job Specification
- Communication — fluency in English and Nepali (as applicable) to handle partner discussions, presentations, and reporting with clarity.
- Negotiation & Interpersonal Skills — ability to negotiate terms, handle objections, and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Lead Generation — experience building and managing leads through field visits, referrals, calls, and targeted outreach.
- Product Training & Presentation Skills — proven ability to conduct product demos, training, and sales presentations for channel partners.
- Market Research — capability to collect field intelligence, analyze demand patterns, and translate findings into action plans.
- Sales Planning — experience creating territory sales plans, weekly targets, and execution calendars.
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership — ability to coordinate with internal teams to drive partner execution and resolve operational gaps.
- Secondary Sales Management — hands-on experience monitoring retailer/distributor sell-out, stock behavior, and re-order cycles.
- Business Development — 4+ years experience driving growth initiatives, expanding channel coverage, and achieving sales objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
