Job Description
- Pick up items from warehouses, hubs or customers, and deliver to designated addresses as per schedule.
- Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to meet time-targets.
- Ensure items are handled carefully and delivered in good condition.
- Obtain recipient signature / proof of delivery (POD) or payment collection (if COD) where required.
- Maintain communication with dispatch or hub manager for any delays, issues or changes.
- Keep delivery vehicle (motorbike/scooter) in safe working condition; report any mechanical issues.
- Follow all traffic rules, safety protocols, and company policies at all times.
- Maintain accurate delivery records/logs, report undelivered items, and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Provide a courteous, professional customer-service experience when interacting with customers.
Job Specification
- Valid motorcycle/scooter driving licence.
- Own or access to a motorcycle/scooter (bike or e-scooter) suitable for delivery.
- Good knowledge of local geography/routes in Kathmandu (and potentially surrounding areas).
- Time-management skills, reliability, punctuality.
- Good communication skills, friendly customer-service manner.
- Physical ability to carry parcels (likely up to 20 kg or so) and work on-the-move.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and willingness to follow instructions.
- Fixed shifts or flexible hours depending on delivery schedule.
