Job Description:
- Directly interface the Clients
- Provide on-site Technical Product Installation & Support
- Provide Customer Support.
- Develops & deploy quality Support system including preventive maintenance & scheduled service.
- Develop Service contracts, Renewal of Contract. Participating in sales opportunities such as contract renewals and assist with promoting and implementing revenue programs.
- Maintaining customer service logs and internal service records.
- Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction.
- Identifies, analyzes & repairs product failures, order replacement as required.
- Quality inventory Management.
- Provide Technical product training & basic user functionality training to Clients.
- Provide ongoing training to improve competencies of the technical staff.
- Work closely with technical staffs to implement appropriate policies to manage work flow & communication.
- Ensure & prepare the technical issues/ product feedback are timely prepared.
- Interact with Customer support, Sales & Senior management to continually evaluate & improve the product support solutions channel & strategy.
