- Total Management of the project.
- Preparation of Construction Schedule, Manpower and Cash Flow Chart.
- Supervision and implementation of ongoing construction work accordance with the work Schedule.
- Maintain the quality control work and time management.
- Guidance to site engineers, supervisors, etc.
- Preparation of Material Management.
- Coordination with construction work bill, material purchase bills.
- Supervision and control over the store.
- Staff Management, control over staff attendance.
- Monitoring the activities of construction security guards.
- Maintaining good relation with clients and customers.
- Maintaining close coordination with Project Manager.
- Regular reporting to the project manager regarding site works.
- The civil engineer will follow the project from start to finish and make any necessary changes along the way
- Other duties as assigned by the Department Head
