- 7 years of increasingly responsible accounting and controller level experience, public audit and cost accounting experience required in a manufacturing environment.
- A track record of success in accounting and as a leader; creative problem solving; and orchestrating resources to reach goals.
- Recomend and implement techniques to improve productivity; increse effeciencies, cut costs and take advantage of opportunities.
- Oversee cash management strategy and prepare cash flow analysis.
- Assist in developing business financing and banking relationships; Negotiations of financial, operational and personnel issues.
- Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring and enforcing policies and procedures.
- Protect assets by establishing, monitoring, implementing and enforcing internal controls to ensure that company objectives are met.
- Prepare budgets by establishing schedules, collecting, analyzing and consolidating financial data; recommending plans. Monitors and analyzes monthly operating results against budget.
- Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance.
- Work with managers and owners to develop short and long range business plans for the company.
