Job Summary
Yale Education Consultancy is seeking an IELTS PTE Instructor Cum Office Manager to deliver high-quality IELTS & PTE training and keep day-to-day office operations running smoothly. This role suits candidates with 3+ years of experience who can manage classes confidently and ensure administrative work is completed accurately and on time. Your work will directly affect student results and the overall efficiency of the center.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver IELTS and PTE preparation classes, including regular modules for Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking
- Liaise with colleges, universities, and institutional partners to develop and maintain partnerships, coordinate training sessions, and support the negotiation and finalization of partnership agreements.
- Provide student counselling and oversee the complete admissions process, including course and institution selection, application submission, documentation review, follow-ups, and enrolment coordination.
- Plan daily/weekly lesson schedules, create learning materials, and maintain updated teaching resources for IELTS & PTE
- Monitor student progress through assessments, mock tests, and feedback, and recommend improvement plans
- Manage classroom discipline and learning routines to ensure consistent attendance and learning standards
- Oversee daily office operations, including front-desk coordination, documentation handling, and maintaining student records
- Coordinate with teachers, support staff, and management to track batch progress, class coverage, and operational needs
- Support student onboarding and query resolution, ensuring accurate information and timely follow-ups
