Job Description
We are looking for a well-presented and professional Front Desk Officer to be the face of our electric vehicle company. The role involves greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and assisting with administrative and customer service tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at the showroom.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Provide basic information to visitors about products, services, and test drive procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, posts, deliveries).
Coordinate with the sales and service team to assist customers as needed.
Schedule appointments and maintain visitor logs.
Perform basic administrative support including filing, data entry, and documentation.
Support event coordination, meetings, and office supplies management.
Job Specification
1–2 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing role preferred
Freshers with strong communication and presentation skills may also apply
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Nepali
Good interpersonal and customer service skills
Professional telephone etiquette and call handling
Basic administrative and clerical knowledge
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, telephone systems)
