Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic global team. The ideal candidate will handle guest communications, coordinate daily operations, manage property listings, and ensure smooth short-term rental experiences for guests. This role demands strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills, along with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage guest communications and handle booking inquiries efficiently.
  • Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance teams, and vendors to ensure timely operations.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications while maintaining calendar accuracy.
  • Handle issue resolution professionally (lockouts, maintenance, amenities, etc.).
  • Oversee check-ins and check-outs to ensure smooth guest experiences.
  • Respond to guest reviews and maintain a positive online reputation.
  • Assist with listing updates, content accuracy, and pricing consistency.
  • Document all communications, operational updates, and reports clearly.
Job Specification

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (any discipline).

Experience

  • Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or administrative support preferred but not mandatory.

Technical Skills

  • Must own a laptop, phone, and reliable internet connection.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to use ChatGPT effectively for daily task support.
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
