Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Admission & Compliance Officer specializing in Australia to manage student admissions while ensuring full compliance with Australian education and immigration regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Australian universities, CoE processes, visa requirements, and compliance frameworks, along with the ability to coordinate effectively with institutional partners and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end student admission processes for Australian universities and institutions
  • Provide accurate guidance on course selection, application procedures, and admission requirements
  • Handle Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) processing and student visa applications (Subclass 500)
  • Ensure compliance with Genuine Student (GS) requirements and regulations set by the Department of Home Affairs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to compliance standards and audit requirements
  • Work closely with partner institutions, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing (B2B model)
  • Conduct counseling sessions, presentations, and information seminars when required
  • Stay updated on Australian immigration policies, ESOS framework, and PRISMS system requirements
Job Specification
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in student admissions or international education (Australia-focused preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Australian universities, courses, CoE processes, and student visa (Subclass 500) requirements
  • Familiarity with Genuine Student (GS) criteria and compliance regulations
  • Experience working within a B2B consultancy or education agent network is an advantage
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills
  • Working knowledge of PRISMS and ESOS framework is highly desirable
  • Australia-certified counselor certification (e.g., QEAC) preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required
