Job Description
We are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator with strong skills in both video and photo content creation. The role involves producing engaging videos, photography, and graphic designs for social media to promote company branding, job openings, recruitment activities, and office culture. The ideal candidate should be confident in shooting and editing videos, capturing and editing photos, and creating visually appealing designs. A good understanding of current social media trends and creative storytelling is essential.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Create engaging and high-quality video content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos related to recruitment campaigns, job vacancies, office activities, and company branding.
- Develop creative ideas for short-form content including reels, shorts, and stories
- Appear on camera when required or guide others during video shoots
- Edit videos using mobile or desktop tools, including basic color correction, captions, music, and effects
- Ensure consistent posting schedules and maintain content quality
- Coordinate with the Marketing and HR teams to align content with company goals and campaigns
- Stay updated with the latest video formats, trends, and social media best practices
- Organize and manage raw footage and final edited content properly
Job Specification
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in content creation is required.
- Strong interest and passion for video creation and digital content
- Basic to intermediate skills in video shooting and editing.
- Applicants with experience in designing creatives and promotional posters for Facebook advertisements will be highly prioritized.
- Candidates with editing and designing skills in platforms such as Photoshop and Canva will be highly prioritized.
- Knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, InShot, or similar software
- Creative mindset with a good sense of storytelling and visual presentation
- Comfortable using smartphone cameras and basic video equipment
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in content creation is an advantage, but freshers with strong skills are encouraged to apply
