Business Head - Real Estate

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Head – Real Estate Business to lead and oversee the company's overall real estate operations. The role is responsible for driving revenue growth, managing P&L, developing business strategies, identifying new investment opportunities, leading the sales team, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, business development, and strategic planning skills with a proven track record in the real estate sector.

Job Description

• Lead overall Real Estate Business operations.
• Responsible for company revenue and P&L.
• Develop and implement annual business strategies.
• Drive sales growth and achieve business targets.
• Identify new business and investment opportunities.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.
• Ensure timely execution of business plans.
• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure AML, STR, TTR, and legal compliance.
• Monitor business performance and prepare management reports.

• MBA or master's degree in business/management.
• 3–5 years of experience in the Real Estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of land sales, purchases, and legal procedures.
• Knowledge of AML, STR, TTR, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strategic planning and decision-making ability.
• Proficient in MS Office and business reporting.
