Dealer Inspector

• Supervise the dealers to ensure Dealer is performing their duties in accordance with set procedures.
• Monitor table games to ensure that there no rule violations, cheating or security issues arise.
• Inspect cards and equipment to be used in games to ensure that they are in good condition.
• Orient players and answer questions regarding game rules and regulations and casino policies & procedures.
• Ensure correct payment of winning and collection of losing bets as established by the company rules and procedures.
• Ensure Dealer’s games are placed correctly and shoe times, spin rates and shuffle times are performed efficiently.
• Ensure Dealer’s accuracy of cash and chip transactions including cash/chip changes, fills, color changes, floats, payouts etc.
• Supervise the Card Shuffling area as and when required.
• Report to the Reporting Manager any complaints and/or suggestions from guests.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the manager.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Asian casino dealing Baccarat, Blackjack & Roulette
• and with one year’s experience of inspecting said games and at least one other game.
• Must have pleasing personality and the ability to handle all kinds of people.
• Since our job falls under Gaming, it is necessary to have a cheerful disposition, quick reflexes, and a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi are must.
• Physical attributes play an important role in the selection process. In addition to a clear, unblemished complexion needs the correct height and optimal body weight.
• Must be friendly, have good interactive skills and team spirit.
• Preference will be given to local Nepalese citizens
