Scope & General Purpose of Job:
Dealer shall be the person assigned to directly operate and conduct authorized games, in accordance with policies, procedures and objectives as directed by management.

Standards of Performance: (Duties of Position)
To deal the games within the policies and procedures of the Casino.
To develop their skills and knowledge, maintain security and proficiency.
Limits of Authority: N/A
Occasional Duties: As required
Hours of Work:Variable shifts as needed. 48 hours a week with overtime when required.
