Architect

SKR Group Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and dynamic Architect to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong architectural background, be proficient in the latest design software, and possess excellent communication and client management skills. This role also involves supporting business development through client interaction, sales, and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural concepts, plans, drawings, and design presentations.
• Develop creative and practical design solutions in line with project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits and provide design-related support when required.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Assist in business development by supporting sales and marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest architectural trends, building standards, and design technologies.

• Bachelor's degree in architecture.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in the latest architectural design and visualization software (such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client handling, sales, and relationship management abilities.
• Capable to handle Sales, Marketing & Client relationship.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Age below 40 years.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: NPR 20,000 per month.
• Additional Benefit: 3% sweat equity in the company (subject to company policy and agreement).
