Job Description
We are looking for dedicated and knowledgeable Counselors (Multi-Destination; Australia, USA and UK ) to guide students in selecting the right international education opportunities. Based in Bagbazar and Chabahil, the role involves providing expert advice on university selection, admission processes, visa requirements, and scholarship opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and counseling to students seeking education opportunities in multiple international destinations.
- Assist students in selecting suitable universities, colleges, and courses based on their academic background and career goals.
- Explain admission requirements, visa processes, and scholarship opportunities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international education systems, visa policies, and admission guidelines.
- Support students in preparing required documents, application forms, and visa applications.
- Coordinate with universities, colleges, and embassies for smooth admission and visa processing.
- Conduct student follow-ups and ensure timely application submission.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate student records and reports.
Job Specification
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Education, Business, or a related field preferred).
- More than 2 years of experience in student counseling for international education.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of international education systems and visa processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Ability to handle multiple students and work under deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
