Job Description
Plan, prepare, and deliver effective science lessons for primary grades (1–5).
Teach basic science concepts using simple, clear, and engaging methods.
Use practical activities, experiments, and teaching aids to enhance learning.
Develop lesson plans aligned with the prescribed curriculum.
Assess student performance through classwork, homework, tests, and projects.
Maintain a safe, organised, and child-friendly classroom environment.
Encourage curiosity, observation, and critical thinking among students.
Provide individual attention to students based on their learning needs.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and performance.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding academic progress and behavior.
Participate in school meetings, training programs, and extracurricular activities.
Ensure proper use and care of classroom materials and basic lab equipment.
Job Specification
Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in science, education, or a related field.
Residential quarters may be available (teaching licence/training preferred).
Prior experience in primary-level teaching is an advantage.
Strong communication skills in English and Nepali.
Good classroom management and child-handling skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for young learners.
Basic computer skills for lesson planning and reporting.
Patient, creative, and enthusiastic teaching approach.
