Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, business cards, letterheads, packaging, and books.
Prepare print-ready files with proper bleed, margins, crop marks, and colour settings.
Ensure accurate colour management using CMYK mode and printing standards.
Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements and provide creative solutions.
Work closely with the printing and production team to ensure design feasibility.
Check and proofread designs before final printing to avoid errors.
Handle pre-press processes, including file setup, plate-making coordination, and output preparation.
Modify and resize designs based on different print specifications.
Maintain consistency in branding across all printed materials.
Manage multiple print design projects and meet strict deadlines.
Maintain organised records of design files and client artwork.

Diploma or bachelor's degree in graphic design, printing technology, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a printing press or print production environment (preferred).
Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Good knowledge of print design principles (bleed, resolution, DPI, and colour modes).
Understanding of different printing techniques (offset, digital, and screen printing).
Knowledge of paper types, sizes, and finishing techniques (lamination, embossing, die-cut, etc.).
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Good communication skills and client-handling ability.
