Loan and Recovery Officer

• Process loan applications and assist members with loan-related documentation.
• Conduct follow-up and recovery of overdue loans through calls and field visits.
• Maintain accurate loan and recovery records.
• Coordinate with members to ensure timely repayment of installments.
• Support daily cooperative operations related to savings, loans, and member services.
• Report recovery status and issues to management regularly.

• Nepali typing skills are mandatory for both positions.
• Job performance will be evaluated upon completion of a 6-month probation period.
• Valid driving license (compulsory).
• Basic understanding of loan and recovery processes (experience preferred).
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Honest, disciplined, and result oriented.

Salary & Benefits:

• Starting Salary: Rs. 25,000
• Lunch will be provided by the company.
