Job Description

We are looking for a passionate academic leader who can guide students, strengthen academic excellence, and lead the Science faculty with innovation and responsibility.
Job Responsibilities (JD):
- Coordinate and monitor overall Science faculty activities
- Prepare academic plans, routines, and faculty coordination
- Guide students in academic and career development
- Conduct counselling, orientation, and parent interaction sessions
- Ensure quality teaching-learning environment and discipline
- Support result improvement strategies and academic innovation
- Lead departmental meetings, reports, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate with management for academic growth and transformation initiatives
Job Specification
Master’s degree in science or Relevant Field
Minimum 2 Years of Teaching/Academic Coordination Experience Preferred
Strong Communication, Leadership & Management Skills
Sound Knowledge of NEB Science Curriculum
