Job Description

Sagarmatha College is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic / Video Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging visual content, including graphics and videos, to support marketing, branding, and communication initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Design visually appealing graphics for digital and print platforms.
Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing, social media, and promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
Create social media creatives, banners, advertisements, and branding materials.
Handle video shooting, editing, color correction, and audio synchronization.
Maintain consistency in brand identity across all visual outputs.
Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry practices.
Manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.

Job Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with a strong portfolio).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design and video work.
Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.
Basic knowledge of animation and motion graphics is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
