Sales & Billing Assistant

Rohit Impex  is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing & Sales Assistant to manage billing operations, maintain stock records, and assist customers at the store. The ideal candidate should have good mathematical ability, neat handwriting, and the ability to work efficiently with billing software and customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and generate bill estimates for customers.

• Create and process VAT bills in the billing software.

• Maintain and update stock records and inventory.

• Assist with sales inquiries and customer handling.

• Ensure accurate documentation and organized record keeping.

• Support daily store operations and coordination with customers

Skills & Requirements:

• Good mathematical and calculation skills

• Neat handwriting and attention to detail

• Ability to work quickly and accurately

• Basic knowledge of computer and billing software

• Good customer handling and communication skills

• Responsible and organized working style

Experience:

• Freshers can apply; experience in billing, sales, or store management is an advantage.

Education:

• Minimum +2 (Intermediate) or equivalent

Salary & Benefits

• Salary Range: NPR 12,000 – 25,000 per month

• Salary will be based on skills, experience, and performance.

Working Hours

• Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Weekly Off: Saturday
