Rider/Delivery Partner

Ridemandu Service is looking for responsible, hardworking, and disciplined Riders to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a valid two-wheeler driving license but do not own a vehicle and want to earn a stable income.

No personal vehicle or upfront investment is required. The company will provide the necessary vehicle and operational support to help you perform your duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate the company-provided scooter or motorcycle for assigned rides hailing and deliveries.
• Complete assigned trips, deliveries, and customer requests efficiently and on time.
• Follow designated routes using Google Maps and other smartphone applications.
• Maintain professional, polite, and respectful communication with customers.
• Handle the company-provided vehicle and equipment responsibly.
• Follow all traffic rules, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain proper communication with the operations team throughout working hours.
• Ensure timely reporting and completion of assigned tasks.
• Maintain discipline and professionalism while representing Ridemandu Service.

• Valid 2-wheeler driving license.
• Minimum 1 year of riding experience.
• Good knowledge of Kathmandu Valley routes and locations.
• Ability to use Google Maps and smartphone-based applications.
• Willingness to work on a full-time or part-time basis.
• Willingness to commit to a 2-year employment contract.
• Hardworking, punctual, polite, and disciplined personality.
• Male candidates only.

Working Hours

• 6–14 hours per day, depending on the selected work arrangement.
• Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available.
• 1 day off per week.
