Rider/Delivery Partner

Ridemandu Service is looking for responsible, hardworking, and disciplined Riders to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who have a valid two-wheeler driving license but do not own a vehicle and want to earn a stable income.

No personal vehicle or upfront investment is required. The company will provide the necessary vehicle and operational support to help you perform your duties effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Safely operate the company-provided scooter or motorcycle for assigned rides hailing and deliveries.
2. Complete assigned trips, deliveries, and customer requests efficiently and on time.
3. Follow designated routes using Google Maps and other smartphone applications.
4. Maintain professional, polite, and respectful communication with customers.
5. Handle the company-provided vehicle and equipment responsibly.
6. Follow all traffic rules, safety procedures, and company policies.
7. Maintain proper communication with the operations team throughout working hours.
8. Ensure timely reporting and completion of assigned tasks.
9. Maintain discipline and professionalism while representing Ridemandu Service.

1. Valid 2-wheeler driving license.
2. Minimum 1 year of riding experience.
3. Good knowledge of Kathmandu Valley routes and locations.
4. Ability to use Google Maps and smartphone-based applications.
5. Willingness to work on a full-time or part-time basis.
6. Willingness to commit to a 2-year employment contract.
7. Hardworking, punctual, polite, and disciplined personality.
8. Male candidates only.

Company-Provided Benefits

7. Opportunity to earn NPR 15,000 – NPR 35,000+ per month, depending on working hours and performance.

Working Hours

1. 6–14 hours per day, depending on the selected work arrangement.
2. Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available.
3. 1 day off per week.
