Job Description
We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer to create engaging visual content for digital, social media, print, campaigns, and brand activations. The ideal candidate should be confident in both graphic design and motion graphics and have a strong eye for visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Create visually appealing designs for social media, digital advertisements, brochures, posters, packaging, and brand collaterals.
- Develop layouts, product posts, campaign creatives, thumbnails, and print-ready materials.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
- Adapt creative assets for different digital and offline platforms.
Motion Graphics & Animation
- Create animations including logo reveals, transitions, titles, kinetic typography, and other motion elements.
- Develop motion graphics for reels, advertisements, explainers, campaigns, and brand storytelling.
- Prepare storyboards, animation assets, and visual elements for video production.
- Support video editors with graphic overlays, animations, and other motion elements as required.
Creative Collaboration
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and client service teams to understand briefs and deliver effective visual solutions.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, social media content, events, and brand activations.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
Job Specification
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in graphic and motion design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe After Effects
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and animation principles.
- Good creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of video editing, sound design, and visual storytelling will be an advantage.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and motion graphics skills.
