PNA Technicals is seeking a creative, technically strong, and confident Senior Architect to lead architectural design delivery across projects. The role focuses on master planning, concept development, high-quality rendering, and team leadership, ensuring design excellence from concept through execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, develop, and deliver architectural master plans aligned with project requirements and design intent
  • Lead concept design, space planning, and detailed design development
  • Produce, review, and guide the development of high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations
  • Prepare, review, and coordinate architectural drawings using AutoCAD
  • Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants
  • Present design concepts, master plans, and visualizations to clients and stakeholders
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the architectural design team, ensuring timely and high-quality output
  • Ensure design compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and project specifications
Job Specification
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture
  • 6–10 years of professional experience in architectural design
  • Strong expertise in master planning and architectural rendering
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Experience with 3D and visualization tools such as Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, or similar
  • Proven team leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and motivate teams
  • Strong communication, presentation, and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
