Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Inventory & Dashboard Data Entry Officer to maintain accurate daily records of distributed items in Excel and ensure timely updates to the company dashboard. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong data management skills, consistency, and a high level of accuracy in reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate daily records of distributed inventory in Microsoft Excel
Update and manage company dashboards regularly
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting
Monitor inventory records and report discrepancies
Meet reporting deadlines while working independently.
Job Specification
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, IT, Statistics, or a related field
Experience:
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry, MIS, or inventory management (Freshers with strong Excel skills may also apply)
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, etc.)
- Familiarity with dashboard tools (Power BI, Google Data Studio, or similar is an advantage)
- Basic understanding of inventory tracking systems

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- High level of organization and consistency
- Ability to work independently and handle repetitive tasks efficiently
