Sr. Interior Designer

We are seeking a skilled Interior Site Supervisor with strong on-site execution experience to oversee interior projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Civil Engineering and at least 3+ years of hands-on site experience in interior works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily interior site activities
• Ensure project execution as per design drawings and specifications
• Coordinate with contractors, العمال (workers), and vendors
• Maintain quality control of materials and workmanship
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion
• Resolve on-site issues and report updates to project manager
• Ensure safety standards are followed at site
• Take site measurements and assist in BOQ verification when required.

• Diploma in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in interior site supervision
• Strong knowledge of interior works (civil, finishing, carpentry, etc.)
• Ability to read and understand drawings and site plans
• Good coordination and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
• Willingness to work on-site and manage teams
