Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer with at least 3+ years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and ensuring the structural integrity of projects, along with preparing accurate BOQs and technical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, analyze, and review structural components for buildings and infrastructure projects
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) with accurate cost estimation and material breakdown
- Develop structural drawings, calculations, and reports
- Ensure all designs comply with safety standards, building codes, and regulations
- Coordinate with architects, site engineers, and project teams
- Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction
- Review and approve construction materials and methods
- Monitor project progress and resolve structural issues
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in structural engineering
- Strong knowledge of structural design principles and construction practices
- Experience in preparing BOQ and cost estimation
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar)
- Knowledge of building codes and safety standards
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
