Job Description
Next Zen Interiors is looking for a dynamic and experienced Architecture Team Supervisor to lead and manage the design team while ensuring high-quality project delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong design knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the architecture/design team to ensure smooth workflow and timely project completion
- Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and expectations
- Present design concepts, layouts, and solutions to clients professionally
- Ensure all designs meet quality standards, functionality, and aesthetic requirements
- Guide and support team members in design development and execution
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays
- Collaborate with other departments (site, execution, procurement) for seamless project delivery
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Job Specification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in interior design/architecture field
- Strong knowledge of design concepts, materials, and space planning
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar)
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Leadership and team management ability
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Female candidates are highly preferred
