Job Description
Plan and deliver effective lessons in mathematics and science for secondary-level students (grades 8–10).
Teach subjects including algebra, geometry, physics, chemistry, and basic biology.
Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practical activities.
Conduct regular assessments, tests, and examinations; evaluate student performance.
Provide additional academic support to weak students.
Encourage critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
Use modern teaching methods and educational technology.
Prepare students for internal and board examinations.
Maintain records of attendance, progress, and academic performance.
Communicate with parents regarding student development.
Participate in school activities, meetings, and training sessions.
Job Specification
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, science, or a related field (master's preferred).
Minimum 1–2 years of teaching experience at the secondary level.
Strong subject knowledge in maths and science.
Good communication and classroom management skills.
